Hello and welcome to another episode of The Hayley Osborne show. I’m really glad that you are here. Today marks the last day that doors are open to the magnetic marketing formula, my signature eight-week program, which I’m super excited about, so we start on the 19th of November, which is soon, which is a week’s time, and doors have been open for the last week. If you’ve been under a rock, that is something that I have been doing and launching. I’m really excited to kick this off. It’s going to be amazing.

We’ve had some lovely people join awesome business owners. And if you’ve been on the fence and you’ve been watching over the last week everything that has been taking place in my world, then I would love to have you join me. And today, I really wanted to come in to talk about the magnetic marketing formula and to take you behind the scenes, so a little sneak peek into the magnetic marketing formula and what it takes to grow your personal brand.

So I wanted to take you through a few things, which I think is super cool. And the reason that I have built this course is because, over the years, working with a lot of small business owners, I have found the things that I’m going to cover in this course to be the gaps in the market, in the repertoire of small business owners marketing.

And so I thought, if I can fill those gaps on the consistent things that I see that come up often, then that would make for a really great eight weeks together where you actually have plugged those holes in that bucket and filled those gaps, and you will set yourself up for absolute success into 2025 which is cool. So the little sneak peek I wanted to share with you. So first, sorry, we will go for four weeks from the 19th of November, and that will take us up to just after, just before, mid-December.

Then we’ll break for Christmas and New Year. So then you can take those things, implement, activate, and do in your business, and have some time off. Have some time to relax with your family, because that’s when the best ideas come, when you’re not in your business. And then collect your thoughts, collect your questions, and then we’ll come back in January to do the next four weeks. And I just feel so aligned for me to take a break in between.

Because what I found is, I’ve done courses before, and they’ve been quite full on throughout. You’ve got to do all the things, whereas this way, you get to have a little break in between, gather your thoughts and come back to me with any questions. So we’ll be learning the key elements to create a digital marketing system that effortlessly attracts your ideal clients and builds your business towards sustainable success, all while feeling aligned with your values.

It’s the marketing superpower, I think it is that your business needs to build your marketing foundations, okay, so which is your messaging your brand and your website, and then make sure that your digital footprint is in complete alignment so your social media, your marketing funnels, and your email marketing, and followed by wrapping it into a digital marketing plan, so that you actually have a plan. Okay, so we will build it together and help you get really clear on the marketing formula that is magnetic that you need to create big growth with the least amount of time and effort. So. So to take you a little bit behind the scenes, the first module will be building your foundations. So we will pinpoint your perfect client. We’ll look at some customer insights, brand vision, brand mission, brand values. 

And what I want to do is guide you through identifying and understanding who your perfect client is, crafting a really clear brand vision and defining your brand’s mission and core values. And then these key elements will set the stage for attracting your ideal audience and also making sure that your marketing is authentic and aligned with your business’s purpose. So by the end of that module, you’ll have clarity and confidence to build a brand that resonates and magnetically draws in the clients who truly fit with your business. 

The second module, we want to be able to create a highly converting website, and this is a huge deal, because this is your own asset, okay, you own your website. So I want to go through SEO simplified, which is search engine optimization. And I really want to simplify that, highlighting what you do need in your website, and how to really optimize that, where you can do keyword research to help you find out what you need. I want to take you through four steps to creating your keyword list. I want to take you through where to add keywords in your website and how to know if your SEO strategy is working. 

Okay. So by the end of this module, you have a really powerful, optimized website that serves as the cornerstone of your marketing efforts and helps you to drive growth for a successful business. Because it’s not just your social media that’s going to do that for you. That is a rented space, and I need to be really clear what happens if you know any of these platforms decide they don’t want to play anymore and they close down, or they get fined, or the local government of the country shuts them down. 

What happens then? So the idea is that your website is fully optimized because you own that, and no one can ever take that away from you, okay, unless you don’t pay for your domain registration or whatever that is. But that’s your own asset. So you don’t own your socials. We rent those spaces, but you do own your website. So it’s really important that we set that up to convert and to be really optimized and for you to know what you’re doing. So we’ll look at that. The third module will establish some magnetic marketing messaging. 

Okay, so what is your transformation message? All right? And I have spoken about this before on the website, on the podcast, and what are your unique selling points? Okay? So a lot of the time I work with clients and they’re like, I don’t know what my unique selling points are, okay? And that’s okay if you don’t know what they are. But it’s easy to extract those from you from the outside looking in, okay? And we will go through and help you to discover what they are and how they’re different from other people and what makes you unique. 

So by the end of module three, along with your messaging, you’ll have it will be compelling and effectively be able to connect with your audience. That drives engagement, because people want to know who you are, what you do, and how you can help them. But it’s not as easy said than done. Okay, so it, I often find that again, when you’re so close to it, you can’t see it anymore, and that’s okay. It’s totally okay. It happens all the time. 

So we want to make sure that we get this right, and that we know that your audience knows exactly how you can help them, okay, because they care about what’s in it for them, not about you. So you have to write and meet them where they are, where your product or service helps them. Module Four will develop a lead magnet and your email marketing funnel. So by the end of this module, you’ll have a really powerful system in place that converts prospects that convert people in your audience, prospects into customers, and you want to foster lasting relationships. 

Okay? So you want to be able to nurture them when they come into your business. And so you want to be able to do this in a way as well that feels really authentic to you, which is important. And so we’ll take you through that. I think it’s important to create a lead magnet. You know, whatever you want to call it irresistible offer, freebie that is aligned to you and not just what you think you should be having, but something that’s really authentic to who you are and what you stand for as a business, and then be able to nurture them through an email funnel. 

So I’ve got a beautiful one set up. I’ve got a few actually set up inside of my business, and it works so nice to educate and teach and befriend the audience that I’m drawing into my world. So I want to teach you how that’s worked beautifully for me and how you can do it as well. The fifth module, we’re going to activate your content marketing plan. Okay, so this is huge, I know, and optimize your social media marketing. This is something that I love, love, love, and is totally my zone of genius. So by the end of this module, you have a really clear, actionable content marketing plan and the tools to be able to enhance your social media marketing, driving consistent growth and visibility for your business. 

Now number six is module six, so we’ll craft your 12-month marketing plan, all right, and by the end of this module, you’ll have a strategic roadmap, which is what you want, that really outlines your marketing initiatives. So what you’re going to do for the next 12 months, but also will position your business for long term success, and to be able to be adaptable and to be able to be dynamic in this digital landscape. Because I know that over the next 12 months, things are going to change so much with AI and move very fast. 

So this is something you’ll be able to adapt and morph into the changing times as they go so, I really want to be able to teach you how to create a digital marketing system that helps to attract the right people into your world and do it in a really sustainable way. That is that you can actually roll out yourself that isn’t confusing, that you understand all of the parts and pieces that fit in, the nice cog, that work together, that fit in with your values. 

And so that is a little bit of a sneak peek behind the magnetic marketing formula. And you know what it really takes to grow a personal brand? It isn’t just one thing, but it’s all the things. And so if you’re wondering, there’s six modules, but there’s eight weeks. Okay? Because some modules will take a couple of weeks to go over, as opposed to just one week. And so I really wanted to, firstly, not overwhelm you with so much information, but more so just the most important information that you need, as well as to be able to have you achieving results. 

That’s the number one objective for me, because I want you to be successful. Because when it is a success for you, and when you are moving forward with your brand, with your marketing and how you show up that makes me successful. So, like, you know how they say, like, things roll down hills beautifully. That’s the knock-on effect, which I absolutely love. And so I’m so dedicated to being able to light this up for you, and to be able to make sure that this container that I have built is the superpower that your business needs. 

And so this is not superhero marketing my membership. This is my magnetic marketing formula. Okay, so this is my eight-week program. And so we’ll start and we’ll finish with actionable results, and it will be fast moving, but I want to do it in a way that’s really authentic to me, but to come up with a system that works for you, so it’s beautiful.
