Hello and welcome back to another episode of my podcast, the Hayley Osborne show. This is the last episode for 2026 and if you can hear it in my voice, I am smiling. I have made it through the year, and it’s a beautiful thing, because if you have a podcast, or if you’ve thought about starting a podcast, or if you listen to this podcast every single week, if you’ve been tuning in for the year, you’ll know that it is a very big deal to host a podcast that has a weekly episode.
And I am so bloody proud of myself, like I cannot pat myself on the back enough, and I’m proud of myself, because I’ve been able to get into your ears every single week to help you with your business. And that’s one of my biggest values in running my business, is to be able to help you to build yours. And so I think that by appearing in your ears and on this podcast every single week that I have done my job, and it’s fascinating. Like the stats are fascinating. I just love statistics and insights. It’s the part of my analytical brain that thrives, and to see the peaks and troughs of plays of particular episode types is so fascinating. And it’s not the ones you think are going to do amazing. It’s the ones that you think aren’t that actually do. It’s crazy.
So thanks so much for tuning in. So this is the last episode for the year, tutus, and then we’ll take a much needed rest for January. And I haven’t decided exactly the week yet, but it’s probably going to be like the last week of January or the first week of Feb when we are back. Yeah, it’s cool. And so I don’t know if the number of episodes is insane. It’s like we are up to let me just have a little look, because I know what I want to say today. So 187 episodes to date of the Hayley Osborne show. So today I want to talk about the CEO moves that I am taking into 2026 and it’s not a recap, it’s not a lesson, it’s more of a declaration. And I’m sharing them with you, not because I’ve perfected what they are, but because I’m embodying them, and that’s how I’m stepping into 2026 and so I have just had some lunch too, so I’m a bit like, Why did I eat that? Because I’m about to record a podcast. But here we are. Anyway, It has to be done. So I think that, well, I know that the last year I’ve built some serious momentum from running launches, from working with brilliant brands and raising three tiny humans and expanding my brand into new spaces. This year has been big, but now I’m not just planning next year. I’m deciding what I’m going to be doing and how I’m going to be showing up.
And there’s lots of things that are being left in 2025 and they’re not coming with me into 2026 and I’m 26 and I’m really excited about that. So the first big move, and I do this already, but I’m going to be laser focused on this, is the energy that I’m taking with me, and that is making decisions a lot faster. So not that I agonize or over research anything, or over scroll, but 2026 is about clarity on speed dial. So I’ve got a few events tapped already for 2026 and how I’ll be attending. So not running myself, no, but traveling for attending, how I’m going to be showing up in those spaces are very different, and you’ll see that roll out.
Follow me. You know, follow my journey. Follow along. But I’m trusting my instincts so much more, and I’m showing up with leadership. Okay? Because I am a business coach, I am a Health brand expert, I am going to be stepping into that, and I think too, as a business strategist, like a lot of us, need to be crowned that, but you have to do it yourself. No one’s gonna come knocking on your office door and say, Now you are ready. Please come forward. It doesn’t work like that. Okay, so it’s time to step into that energy for you and for me as a business strategist and health brand expert.
So yes, my retainer clients are a combination not of health brands, so they’re Tech brands and they’re in the service space, but majority of my clients are health brands, and so I’m definitely leading with that message, and I love that because I want to trust my instincts more, and every time I don’t, it costs me energy and it costs me opportunities. So that’s what I’m going to be leading with, and backing myself more. And the results back me that I have with my clients, and you’ll see this play out in 2026 and the second move that is part of the energy that I’m taking with me is. Protecting that is like a full time job, because my energy is everything, and not about breaks, but more about scheduling in that rest and not over complicating my calendar, just being tighter with all of that.
And it’s my well being that is really important that will see me thrive in 2026. And I think that no outcome in your business at all is worth sacrificing your energy, your nervous system, your like world for at all but my creativity, my clarity, my confidence that all comes from being very well grounded and also very well, well resourced with the right systems and processes. So I’m going to bring that energy into everything I do in 2026: my programs, my podcast, my client, voice, my work, everything. Because this year, don’t forget, at the start of this year, I had a newborn.
Next year does not look like that. There’ll be babies. Are done, three small humans, I am done, and it is on and up, and he’s still little, yes, but we’re not breastfeeding anymore, and there is a huge difference in life, what life looks like after breastfeeding, to what it doesn’t anyway. Moving along the second the third move is building for depth, not just for width, okay, being deeper with the right people, but not trying to reach everyone. And I want you to take this in 2026 too. The focus shouldn’t be just on more growth, more more more. It should be on being really intentional with what that looks like. So more refinement with your offers, more personalization with what it is that you do, and more emphasis on the content that you’re putting out there that is quality that connects.
And they’re the three things that I’ll be doing is refining my offers, because they definitely need refining, and I have done that in the back end, and you have to wait to see that how it plays out in the front end, but that is that has been refined already and will play out as 2026 launches off, but I am on my way to a well earned break. There’ll be more personalization around the services that I do, and then more quality content that connects. And I’ve had lots of feedback lately on my content and how great it’s looking and how excited people are to read and see what it is that I’m putting out there. And that just proves to me that it is valuable and that I am on the right track.
So I haven’t seeked out this feedback. I’ve received it with open arms. People tend to give me that feedback without my without, you know, I get emails, I get DMS. People tell me in person at the hairdressers. It’s funny, the feedback is really nice. So I am obsessed with a small audience, not a large audience. I just want to serve all the right people and help all the people I know how to help, not the whole wide world. I just want a small audience that is obsessed, and that’s it. The fourth one is owning my own leadership, because I do have a strong sense of what I do, and I’m not going to wait for permission, and you shouldn’t either, because no one’s going to give that to you.
You shouldn’t hold back. Done is better than perfect. I think that. What is this quote? I heard this quote today. I was listening to something on the radio on the radio, in the radio on the radio, and it was . Perfect is another word for procrastination, and it’s true. And so I wrote it like I do with everything. Don’t play small. I don’t like to wait to be perfect. That’s a sense of a form of procrastination. So don’t hold back. And I’ve got really big things to say about marketing, your business, about health, brands, about brand strategy, and 2026, is definitely the year that I will plant that flag in deeper and fly it with way more gusto.
And this is why I am no longer available. So this, this is the thing. These are the things that I’m not taking into 2026 with me. And you definitely shouldn’t over-explain yourself as boring. Don’t do that. Just get it done. Don’t cry on your social media. That’s another big one. Don’t do that. Second guessing. If your gut tells you that’s the right answer, I won’t be saying yes when really I mean No, that won’t be happening. I won’t be talking or recycling any marketing tactics. It is all new, fresh to take you where you want to go in your business, and I know that you’ve got big dreams.
Otherwise you wouldn’t be listening to this podcast and not creating content just to keep up. I will not be doing that. If you have watched my latest reel, it’s pinned to the top. At the top of my Instagram, I watched that go from 1000 plays to 3000 plays to 5000 plays to 8000 plays, and now it’s almost at 10,000 plays. And that is, it is a great well put together video. It took me about four weeks to make the video, and it is. It has far done what I wanted it to do, and then some, and it has opened up a door for me that I am so excited about. I’ll share it with you when it comes to life a little bit later, but that four weeks of building that video has paid for itself and was well worth it, and I’m so bloody proud.
So go have a look at the one. I mean, it’s, it’s, it’s about my gut health, detox, but the things that I am available for is creative freedom, putting out what I want, because what I say is important, and what I say, No, I know that I can bring massive value into your world, aligned strategy, an energy that is light, airy and magnetic, and a business that lights me up, that delivers serious results. So there are a few things changing and it is very cool. And you know, I’m available for Dream clients. I’m available for my dream clients, like you, who get it, who are ready to go.
