Research shows moving your body regularly lowers your risk of depression by up to 30%. But more than that, it improves focus, energy, creativity, and productivity. I’ve tested this over and over again. The days I train are the days I get so much more done.

That’s why in 2026, I’m committing to 6am gym sessions three times a week. My luxe gym makes it easy (hello fresh fruit and cold peppermint towels!), and I’ve set up my life so all I have to do is show up.

2. Your Morning Routine for Entrepreneurs Shapes Your Entire Day

    A calm morning = a calm mind. And a calm mind = a focused CEO.

    In 2026, I’m doubling down on intentional mornings, starting with simple habits like:

    • Eating a nourishing breakfast
    • Setting 1–2 daily priorities
    • Prepping the night before for calm mornings to avoid chaos

    With three small humans running around, I’ve future-proofed my mornings by getting everything ready the night before. Kids’ clothes? Laid out. Bottles? Done. Gym gear? Packed. This one habit alone has made a world of difference to how I show up.

    3. A Detox for the Body = A Reset for the Brain

    (No sugar detox for mental clarity)

    I’m on week 4 of a full gut health reset for focus: no sugar, no alcohol, no caffeine, no dairy, no carbs. Just rainbow food, daily movement, and deep hydration.

    And I feel phenomenal. I am glowing, inside and out.

      This micro-reflection takes 10 minutes on a Sunday night, but it gives me laser focus for the week ahead. It’s also how I map out my mini-goals—because big goals only happen when you break them down.

        • Keeping my phone far, far away when I’m working
        • Reading physical books at night (and audiobooks in the car)
        • Writing this blog with three drinks on my desk because, of course

        These micro-habits might seem small, but they compound. They support my health brand mindset, reduce my mental load, and help me stay consistent in my business.

          I haven’t had email on my phone for over 3 years. I don’t have notifications on. And guess what? I’ve never missed anything urgent.

          • I check emails at 10am, lunch, and 4pm.
          • No emails on my phone. Ever.
          • My phone is face-down while working.
          • I batch content creation for health brands with everything I need in one go (tea, snacks, water, warmth, and no interruptions).

          Future-proofing your attention span is one of the most important things you can do to protect your time and sanity in 2026.

          7. The 1% Rule

          Finally, ask yourself this:

          What is your 1%?

          That tiny action that’s going to make a massive difference when done consistently.

          For me, it’s things like:

          • Laying out gym clothes
          • Writing 3 content ideas in advance
          • Drinking more water
          • Prepping meals
          • Saying no faster
          • Starting my day before the world is awake

          Your 1% will look different, but whatever it is, commit to it. Because it’s not about changing everything in 2026. It’s about doing the little things consistently, with purpose, over time.
